Policies of the Hotel

• In the amount of the daily room is hired and breakfast.
• The daily starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at noon.
• Reception is open from 7am to 11pm.
• The Pousada is not responsible for any accident suffered by guests due to negligence, recklessness or non-compliance.
• Nothing is prohibited in the tank or take a boat trip without the permission of the management of the Pousada.
• It is not allowed to participate or stay in the visited and leisure areas of people who have ingested excessive alcoholic beverages.
• We are not responsible for the loss or forgetfulness of any personal property of the guests.
• It is mandatory to request help from attendants whenever you deem it necessary.
• The daily ends at noon, with a tolerance of 10 min. After the closing time of the daily, extrapolating the maximum time provided is charged a new daily.
• Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoors.
• After 22 hours we ask for silence.
• To cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid, we ask that you be contacted within 72 hours before the date of reservation.
